Richard Feynman was a Nobel Prize winning American theoretical physicist known for his work in quantum and particle physics. A legendary scientist who was a true freethinker. Feynman urged us to imagine and to question, warning us of the dangers of absolutism and rigid dogmatic thinking. In this rhetorical point, Feynman says that he would prefer to have questions that cannot be answered rather than answers that cannot be questioned. Answers that cannot be questioned imply authoritarianism, which is the antithesis of science.
Do not let any powerful institution or mob restrict your freedom of thought; to coerce or intimidate you into self-censorship. Think critically and fearlessly. Always follow the evidence and be brave enough to stand against the masses. Never surrender the gift of reason, logic, and inquiry!
