Libertarian Country strives to provide customers with expedient delivery and care of their orders. For information on returning items, please see our Return Policy

Order Processing

Libertarian Country's goal is to have your order processed and shipped out as soon as possible. Orders are processed in the order they are received. All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-7 business days*, excluding holidays.

*New Arrivals (located in the New Products Page) may take longer to fulfill than the rest of the catalog. Since we have an individual printing queue on new designs to avoid overspending in these critical times, there may be a slightly longer shipping time than expected. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience and we appreciate the understanding. 

Order Shipping

Our standard shipping days are Monday thru Friday excluding holidays. Orders are shipped out once they have been processed and filled. All orders are processed and shipped out within 2-7 business days*.

Delivery Time

Delivery Time will vary depending on your method of shipping and your location. Please allow 2-7 business days for processing. Typically orders will arrive within 2 weeks of order.

A tracking number will be sent via email for customers to check the progress of their order.

Delivery Confirmation Disclaimer

We want every order to arrive safely, and we're here to help if you experience any issues. However, once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier and the shipping address provided matches the address on your order, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

That said, we’re happy to assist you by providing tracking information, helping you contact the carrier, or offering tips on how to check with neighbors or your local post office.

Please understand that while we’ll do our best to guide you, we do not have the ability to replace or refund items that show as successfully delivered.

Lost/Undelivered Packages

If your package hasn't arrived, please let us know within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer replacements or refunds after that window, as our production partner does not honor claims submitted after 30 days.

We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out promptly so we can help resolve any delivery issues.

 

 

NOTE:  Please submit the correct shipping address! If you send your shipment to an incorrect address, and we are unable to retrieve it, you will be responsible for any costs to resend the item(s). Refunds will not be accepted for shipments that cannot be recovered due to bad addresses. We urge our customers to be very vigilant and to make sure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
